Well, I am officially over the half way point and excited to eat some bananas today!
This hasn't all been easy. Day 1: Fruits: Was my best cleanser....if you know what I mean. I felt great because it was the first day and the fruit was delicious. Day 2: Veggies: Was the hardest day. I never felt satisfied. I was tired of the taste and I wanted sugar so bad I was willing to try and make dessert out of avocados, cocoa powder and pure mint flavouring. Which I don't even know was allowed, however it was so nasty I didn't eat it anyway. I ended the day with a headache and early bedtime. Day 3: Fruits n' Veggies: Was a saviour. It was so nice to have sugar back and a variety. I could have fun and be more creative and I also had a ton of energy. Day 4: Bananas n' milk: I'm excited for. I've been dying to have a banana. By this point you should have lost 5-7lbs if you followed it correctly. I swing 5lbs above and below my regular weight often. Surprisingly, I was at my high weight when I started and am currently at my regular weight. So I did lose the 5 lbs. I also feel good again today, energetically and more awake in the mornings.

What I'll be eating for the next 7 days. What is it?
7-day eating plan used to clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds and possibly 17 pounds, and experience an abundance of energy. Hate peas?? Dislike some other foods? Certain you can NOT ever eat them and enjoy? Spice them up! Mix them in! I bet you can learn to like them if you cook them in the right way. I may never have enjoyed peas but I sure as heck enjoy mixing them into my meals these days. However, with this recipe I could even eat them on their own! Yield: 2 servings Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes
A story of addiction.
Though I do often change up my meals and make new foods, I also have a couple of go-tos. Lately, I have a few reoccurring ones that I can't get enough of. What do you do when you have a ton of leftovers? You throw them all together to make something awesome! Like, Chili. That's just what I did. After a celebration for dad we had leftover foods we don't typically use, but together they made THE best black bean chili ever. Something I haven't had in a while: chili. Something I've never had: black bean chili. Yield: 6 bowls Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 60 minutes
